It's been some time since my last post, and WOW, are there updates! Anyone who knows me, knows that spreading joy through food makes my heart sing. Also, everyone knows that cheesecake is my jam.
The dedication and passion I have for baking cheesecake is a small way I feel like I can help bring joy to friends and families throughout these challenging times we currently live in.

You should smell the cheesecake goodness that comes from inside our kitchen at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest hotel! Coming up on the one year anniversary (April 1, 2023) of baking out of this location and WOW has it been wonderful creating in this space.
All pre-orders received through our online shop are fulfilled within 2-3 business days, and pick-ups can be contactless Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm.
A New Cheesecake Flavor Announcement
I am excited to offer an amazing new Cheesecake Funk flavor - Toasted Coconut Cream Cheesecake! This new limited time flavor has been a wonderful addition to the menu, and people have really enjoyed this light, tropical flavor.
Lifting Dessert Joy in the Twin Cities
My hope for all of us in this new year is to regain more normalcy in our daily lives and that the current global struggles will resolve very very soon. I am committed to lifting up everyone by spreading the dessert joy across the Twin Cities (prayers for globally one day 💯).
